Referral Flow is a Pixel & Fern product. We're currently building it as part of a design partnership with Mosaic Nature Therapy & Wellness, a multi-clinician outpatient mental health practice in Illinois.
The product is still being refined through real-world use before general availability.

Does Referral Flow replace our intake form?

Not necessarily. Referral Flow manages what happens after you receive a referral or inquiry and can work alongside your existing intake process. However, we can and do integrate with the contact form on your website.
Is Referral Flow built specifically for therapy practices?

Can it help prevent referrals from falling through the cracks?
