Website Builds
What if I don’t even know what I need?
That’s completely fine! A lot of clients come to me with just a vague idea like “I need a website” or “I want my brand to look more professional.” Part of my job is to ask the right questions, guide you through options, and create a clear path forward. You don’t need to show up with all the answers — just your goals.
What if I don’t think it will be in my budget?
I keep things as simple and transparent as possible. My starter website package is $500 — no hidden fees. If you’re not ready to commit to a full site, we can start smaller (like a single landing page) or set up a phased plan. I’d rather get you moving than let budget fears hold you back.
Do I have to write my own copy?
You’re welcome to provide your own text if you already have it, but if writing isn’t your thing, I can guide you through what’s needed or add on copywriting help. At minimum, I’ll make sure your words flow naturally and fit the design.
What if I already have a website but don’t like it?
We can work with that! Sometimes it’s a simple refresh — cleaning up design, reworking navigation, or improving mobile view. Other times, starting fresh is easier and faster. I’ll be honest about which option makes the most sense.
How long does it take?
Most sites take 2–3 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on complexity and how quickly content is ready. If you’re on a tight timeline, let me know — I often have wiggle room to speed things up.
Do you handle everything (domain, hosting, design)?
Yes — I can help with domain setup, hosting, and design so you don’t get stuck in the technical weeds. You’ll end up with a site that’s live, functional, and easy for you to update.
What if I’m not “techy”?
Perfect — most of my clients aren’t. I’ll take care of the heavy lifting and then walk you through how to make small edits yourself (like updating text or adding a blog post). You’ll always have full control of your site.
What if I want changes after the site is live?
You’ll get a walkthrough of how to update your site, but if you’d rather hand it off, I offer ongoing support options. Whether it’s a one-time tweak or a monthly retainer, you won’t be left on your own.
Tech Help
What if I don’t even know which tool I should be using?
That’s exactly where I come in. Instead of you having to guess between ten different platforms, I’ll help narrow down the options and recommend what fits your business best.
Can you really make tools like Asana or Google Docs work for my business?
Yes. The problem isn’t usually the tool. It’s the setup. These tools are made to be highly customizable, but you have to be pretty well-versed in the tool to know how to set it up in a way that works for your business. So, I’ll customize things like task boards, automations, or document templates to match your workflow, rather than forcing you to change everything to fit the software.
What if I’ve tried Asana (or another system) before and hated it?
That’s common! Most people only see the default setup, which can feel overwhelming. I can simplify it so you only see what matters, or we can explore alternatives. The goal is to build a system that saves you time, not adds stress.
Do I have to be “techy” to keep things running after you set it up?
Nope. My setups are designed to enable you and your team to use them with minimal training. I’ll show you how to perform basic updates, and if you'd like, I can remain available for ongoing support.
Can you make different tools work together (such as Google Sheets and Asana)?
Yes, absolutely! Through integrations and APIs, I can connect platforms so they “talk” to each other. This reduces duplicate work and makes everything feel more seamless.
What if I only want advice, not a complete setup?
That works too! I offer strategy sessions where we’ll review your tools, identify where you’re wasting time, and create an action plan. You can choose whether to implement it yourself or have me handle the technical pieces.
How much does this cost?
Pricing depends on the project. I’ve worked with people to conduct quick consultations, provide one-time setup, or offer ongoing support. I’ll always provide you with a clear estimate upfront, so there are no surprises.
